Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Foreman account and all associated data at any time, free of charge. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1 — In the dashboard (fastest)
- Sign in at foremanai.trade/login.
- Open Settings from the top navigation.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Type your business name to confirm. This prevents accidental deletion.
- Click Delete. Your account is immediately deactivated and made inaccessible at deletion. All tenant data (jobs, customers, messages, invoices, expenses, voice recordings and transcripts, scheduled tasks, and event-log entries) is then permanently deleted within 30 days, after which database backups will have rotated.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot sign in, send an email to hello@foremanai.trade from the address registered on your Foreman account, with the subject line “Delete my account”.
We will verify your identity and email you to confirm. Your account is immediately deactivated and made inaccessible at deletion. All tenant data is then permanently deleted within 30 days, after which database backups will have rotated.
Identity verification is done by replying to your request from the email address registered on your Foreman account — no separate ID upload is required.
What gets deleted
Account deletion removes every record across our database that is associated with your account, including:
- Your tradesperson profile (name, email, phone, business name)
- All customer records you have added
- All jobs, quotes, invoices, expenses, reviews, and rate cards
- All conversation threads and messages exchanged through Foreman
- All voice call recordings answered by Foreman on your behalf, the speech-to-text transcripts of those calls, and the call records (duration, start and end time, transfer outcome)
- All scheduled tasks and pending actions
- All event-log entries
- Push-notification tokens and active sessions
We also revoke linked third-party access where applicable:
- Stripe customer record — deleted, cancelling any active subscription.
- Google Calendar OAuth token — revoked, so Foreman can no longer access your calendar.
- WhatsApp Business access token — revoked, disconnecting Foreman from your WhatsApp Business number.
What we retain (and why)
- A hashed audit record of the deletion (no identifying details — only one-way hashes of your tradesperson ID and business name). This proves a deletion happened, in case it is ever queried.
- Stripe transaction records. Stripe is legally required by UK tax law (HMRC) to keep records of payment transactions for at least six years. These are held by Stripe, not by Foreman.
- Vapi aggregate metadata. Our voice AI provider (Vapi) may retain anonymised aggregate metadata — call duration, success/fail counts — under its data processing agreement. This metadata cannot be used to identify you or your customers.
- Backups. Database backups rotate within 30 days of account deletion. After that point your data is gone from every system we operate.
Customer data
If your end customers want their data deleted, contact us and we will remove their records from your account. They are also welcome to contact us directly at hello@foremanai.trade.
