Do I still control my phone number?

Yes. Foreman plugs into your existing WhatsApp Business number. If you cancel, the number's still yours and the history stays on your phone.

What happens if Foreman gets it wrong?

Every consequential action — new booking, reschedule, cancellation — needs your nod first unless you've told Foreman otherwise. You can also step into any thread mid-conversation and take over.

Can I turn it off mid-conversation?

One tap. Each thread has a toggle. Flip it and Foreman steps back so you can reply yourself. Flip it on again when you're done.

Is there a setup fee or minimum contract?

No. £49 a month, no setup fee, no minimum term. Cancel whenever.

Who reads my customer messages?

Just you and the automated agent. Messages are encrypted in transit and stored on UK infrastructure. We don't use your conversations to train anything.
